They were real good until I went to check out. And they wanted me to do a kat scan. Well, they wanted me to do the kat scan on a Thursday and then come back on a Friday to read the kat scan well. I'm not taking off 2 days of work to have that done. That's ridiculous. So I didn't make the appointment. As far as Doctor Higgins goes. He was excellent, but the staff when I went to make the appointmen they didn't try to work with me very well, I didn't feel they didn't try to accommodate me at all i drive a school bus, so I'll be... read more
Dr. Higgins is pleasant and listens carefully. He explains things clearly. I recommend him to all who need nose throat and ear help.
Dr. Thomas Higgins and Sammie are fantastic and always do the best with caring for me. If you want the BEST, they ARE the BEST, and what I understand Dr. Higgins is the "DOCTOR'S DOCTOR." He is a fine surgeon and educator, as well. He was referred to me from another ENT Specialist.
Dr. Higgins and his staff are top notch!
