wjgrangoff@aol.com I stopped in Higgins for a battery replacement for my watch. The ownero, Higgins, was very accommodating. He treated me like I was making a large purchase. He replaced the battery in a timely manner and provided information where I could get another watch repaired. I plan to give him business in my future . Very professional and service orientated

Our family & extended family have been going here for years. They offer exceptional service at a very reasonable price. It's the only shop we take items to to be repaired and have never had an issue. It's a smaller retail selection than some of the big stores, but they make up for it in personal service & they have catalogs of items to choose from as well. I highly recommend giving them a shot! You won't be dissapointed.

Brought my watch to get cleaned...picked it up after about 2 weeks (they said it would take 1). Wore the watch for the 1st time and the glass popped out and broke. Brought my watch back in (16 Dec) and they said they would warranty their work and would call me to let me know how long it would take. After about 2 1/2 weeks (with no phone call) I stopped by and they said they hadn't fixed it yet. They finally called me on 14 Jan and told me it was finished. They worked on an antique ring that has been in our family for years. They replaced the main stone for a much larger diamond we already had. The had to create the mounting for it without changing the delicate look of the ring. They do excellent work! They also resized the ring and gave us all the pieces left over after fixing the ring. We are so happy with them and will be using them again in the future!
