RecommendedI bought my pellet stove back in 2008 and this is the first service call I had to make! The equipment is top notch and the service technicians are terrific fixed it in an hour and even showed me a couple of things if I have trouble down the road! I recommend Higgins to anyone 👍

Bruce and Will came to do the Spring cleaning on our pellet stove today. They were very friendly and thorough with their work. Bruce even suggested putting our pellet stove on a surge protector. They also showed me a part of cleaning we never knew existed by taking off a front frame around the glass. Thank you Bruce and Will.

Today we had our harmen Pellet stove cleaned by one of there technicians Bruce Goldschmidt what a great job he did very professional, clean, neat, and well organized I would recommend him to anyone looking for their stove to be cleaned I will ask for him as long as I own my stove he’s the best

It seems you can never be directly connected to customer service, you always have to leave a msg. They take a full day or more to call back. I have asked twice for info on solar never got a call back. BUT the wood stove Tech's like Bruce do Great Work, his work was Very Clean, he answered my many questions fully, and he had some excellent advice. Thanks Bruce!

Extremely poor customer service. Despite numerous phone calls, not one ploy we had the common decency to call back!!! Ordered and payed for pellets 21 days ago. Still waiting for delivery and phone call back.
