Hi. No. We do not know him. He does not work for us and will never work for us. It is a fake account and we have done everything we can to report him to Facebook but unfortunately it is out of our control that he claims to work for our business.
I made the mistake of purchasing a pellet stove from Higgins Energy. The wiring harness was damaged during the installation and the room temperature sensor hasn’t worked since the very first day. The sensor was replaced under warranty and stopped working days after replacement. It’s been broken and unusable for this entire season. I now own a $6,800 dollar useless boat anchor. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
RecommendedGreat service for our pellet stove insert!! The tech Marco was very efficient and friendly, he even took a few minutes to throw a frisbee or two with my dog.

Derek and RJ installed our stove today and did an amazing job. We have a tricky stairwell that took some extra time and effort but they were so professional and positive in the way they collaborated on how to work together to get the job done. They answered all of my questions, and the work area was spotless when they left. Thanks guys!

We learned that the wood stove we purchased with our home was broken when we had it cleaned recently- working with you was beyond a pleasure and honesty the least stressful purchase we’ve had to make in years. From walking into the store to the installation process- was similar to working with a small business that knows you and cares about your family. I refuse to shop at a business where their service manager (Joe Howe) demeans a nurse who died of covid-19 on a CNN Facebook post..He said she wasn't a hero, just propaganda..What a heartless comment!

I was very satisfied with the service completed on my Pellet Stove. The cleaning was done in a timely manner and the area around the stove was kept clean.

We had a power surge and it caused the control panel to blow out on our pellet stove. Derrick was very professional and knowledgeable in making the repair on our Harman pellet stove. We called for service yesterday and he came today. Very satisfied with Higgins service.
