RecommendedGreat experience having our fireplace cleaned. Our service technician Will was very pleasant, informative and left our house clean and everything in order. He made our stove look amazingly. We hope he returns next year for servicing our stove. He represents Higgins Energy in a very positive way!

On May 3, 2019 our Harmon pellet stove insert was serviced by Bruce Goldschmidt. We purchased our stove from Higgins 5 years ago. Bruce is the only tech that I would want working on our stove. His knowledge and experience is exceptional. He always calls beforehand to let us know when he will be arriving. There has been an ongoing issue with our stove needing a new burn pot each year. We just had our pellet stove serviced by Bruce G. He does a thorough job and is respectful of our home and even had a change of shoes so as not to track any dirt on the floor. Bruce is friendly and professional. We have and always will request Bruce to clean our pellet stove.
