Food is horrible... Ordered mussels and they were so overcooked they were inedible. They gave you bread for the "broth" but there was none. Got the fish tacos and they were awful as well. Over cooked and very fishy. We're hoping we don't get sick. Hopefully all the alcohol we consume now will kill it. Also over priced. My son's kids meal ended up being over $10 because we added bacon $2.00 and didn't include a drink, 2 soda $7.18. Our 2 fish tacos were $16. Crabs much too small for $40 price. They did not look like the minimum and certainly were not heavy. Most were full of green liquid. Corn on the cob was so soggy you could not eat it. The one piece of chicken was a back. All 7 of us received the back and it was so hard you could not eat it. Our male server would take cash from customers and stay on the floor with customers and DiD NOT wash his hands. He did not give us enough crabs and shrimp to get us started. Every time I vacate in OC, Higgins is a most definite stop. The service was superb!!!
