After last years stellar experience at the 31st Street Restaurant this years was terrible. Food was very disappointing for what we over paid for. The only highlight was our server.

Sierra was the best and would highly recommend this place if you guys or anyone reading this review please ask for Sierra and Sierra only she is the best and very understanding, friendly and super genuine. She deserves nothing but the best and all the tips and reviews because she is one of a kind. I will always come back to ocean city and come to Higgins on 31st just for Sierra she is amazing!!!!!!!
