Visited location on 31st. Took a little while for the waitress to take our order but the place was packed so understandable. The waitress was very nice and accommodating on altering my order to get me exactly what I wanted. Everything came out hot and fast. Always try and visit Higgins when in OC and this is my go-to when I eat crabs.
Nice meal with excellent service from Dougie M. at the 31st location. He was attentive and cared about his customer service. Nice 2nd story atmosphere. Will be back.

Imagine having a family reunion and you asked for reservations for 30 people. They say "sure can" and then when you get there and seated, you can see your extended family but you can't talk to them.... because you're not seated together. Oh yeah, also have to talk to the 3 people at my table (yes there were 4 of us alone at a table away from our extended family) like Im at a rock concert.
