Higgins was recommended by my regular mechanic as the place to go. They confirmed my transmission needed to be replaced. Recognizing this has happened with this model, having seen it before, they called Nissan to confirm that it was fully covered under warranty. Higgins charged me a reasonable diagnostic fee and called me to take the car to Nissan where the repair would be free. Great customer service and very prompt.
Travelling from Canada in our RV, our transmission broke on the interstate, called Mike and he met us and the tow truck and led us to his shop. He gave us hydro for the weekend on his lot and first thing Monday started to work on getting us back on the road. With the help of his neighbour's truck repair shop they had us moving again in three days. We can't say enough about his kindness and honesty and professionalism. We would recommend him without any hesitation. THANK YOU
