I used Higginbottoms through my home warranty (American Home Shield). This is my first time owning a home and I was so upset we had AC problems 3-4 months after purchasing It. Steve was so nice from the first phone call to coming in person. He diagnosed and fixed my AC problems quickly and also gave us advice on how to maintain the units. I have had to use the services of Higginbottoms several times over the past few years, mostly through my home warranty. They have also been sent as a "second" call twice when the first company sent did nothing (even when they billed for it. Steve has done an excellent job (understand that they are extremely busy, especially in the summer). I have also used them for Spring cleanings/check ups prior to the hot season starting. I recommend them and will continue to request and utilize their service.
