This dealer was very helpful and honest.
Bought my X3 from Richard, he was so wonderful to work with and went out of his way in many different ways. Since I lived out of town he was willing to do a live virtual tour of the car with me and arranged for local pick up transportation once I arrived into the area. He is also very friendly and gave great maintenance tips for the future. Would definitely buy another car from him in the future!
Richard was responsive and helpful. We test drove the vehicle and had a good chat. No pressure. Great experience. I would consider talking to Richard again to get advice on certain vehicles.
