At the end of August 2024, I made an appointment to see Dr. Hugo Higa for the purpose of discussing options to rid myself of having to wear glasses, reading or otherwise, for the rest of my life. I'm a 65 year old Caucasian male, in excellent health and free of any medical conditions such as diabetes or cardiovascular issues. I'm also at a healthy weight for my age.
