Hien did a fantastic job assisting us with the purchase of our townhouse. Her experience with the mortgage process helped tremendously in getting a conditional approval after 1 day of loan submission and cleared to close after 14 days! Hein was absolutely on top of everything for us. We live out of state and she made sure that all the local issues were handled on time including setting appointments with service contractors, setting up staging, inspections, working with the HOA and title companies, and making sure the listing looked amazing. She communicated consistently at all necessary points. One of the best realtors we have ever worked with. She provided so much value. I highly recommend her.
