Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Yes Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! Does the provider's staff try to accomodate your schedule when booking appointments Yes Was this provider helpful about using your insurance coverage? Absolutely yes

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

I feel like an old friend when I visit Hiebert Smith Dental Group, from the front office, to the hygienists, to the dental assistants and the dentists themselves. I am alway seen promptly at my appointment time and have grown to expect the very best treatment from everyone. I also have tremendous confidence in their skill and knowledge of dentistry.

Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Definitely not. It was way too cold Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from
