Not impressed at all with this management company. Overpriced utilities,side gate is constantly broken into, maintenance requests take forever to be done as well. Also certain tenants don’t pick up their dogs poop in the back common area where we take out our trash and it does not get maintained in the back area at all. I thought I was getting a good deal and going to have fun living in a Victorian home, definitely going to be looking for a new place to rent once my lease is up.
Worst management company I've ever seen. Even basic maintenance takes months of pestering before anything happens. The apartments themselves have no amenities. Do not rent here.
The new management Atlas does nothing but collect rent and overpriced utilities. Dumpster gets left on the curbside all the time, stairs are dirty, package gets stolen. Stay away from this place.
Drugs, Drugs, Drugs, and prices that you could buy a 3 bedroom house in some places. How in thee world is anyone willing to pay for a tiny room with a fridge, barely. Showers trickle, no services of any kind. If you want to waaayy overpay to have phentinal and heroine and meth. Your in the right place. Come visit the block at night from 4pm till morning.
