I've ordered numerous kits over the years and also had alot of friends use this product. My most recent order my ballast lasted two weeks and quit and I've spent the past 3 months trying to figure out my order number to get it replaced since magically that's the only order that doesn't show up on the account. So seeing as it took forever to find my order number my ballast can't be replaced bc the warranty obviously ran out. And ballasts cost $60 when an entire kit costs $35....
