Fast and friendly service.. Staff was prompt and no long wait!!
I have been to this Urgent Care several times,,, and I am extremely satisfied each n every time !! I like that they have implemented an information clerk,,,a triage nurse n then Dr Hider can make an accurate diagnosis. All of the staff is kind, courteous and truly concerned of your immediate health needs. I have recommended this facility to many many people and they have been just as pleased as I am!! Very nice staff showed real care for my illness thank you dr hider for your care very much appreciated.
They may have been very accommodating, but apparently not so great on med dosage. Both WJ & Children's Dr's stated MHM dosed him w 1/6th of the strength med he needed for his size. We ended up at WJ ER at 2:30AM & then transported to Children's for admission.
Doctor and staff are really really nice. And there communication is excellent. Highly recommend them if you need to go to an urgent care facility.
The best Urgent Care in the area! No matter if I am the patient or son, I am confident in their assessment and treatment. The doctors are thorough and patient, listen well, and communicate what you need to know clearly.
