Horrible just horrible Maintence here is the worst the leasing team here sucks as well the only respectable person in that office is the Gabrielle girl if your looking for a nice place to live this is not it.... now if you are looking to live somewhere where any issue you have with your apartment will not be attended to than this is the place for you
I have lived in two different apartments in the last 4 years. Management is TERRIBLE!!!! I had 2 fires and 3 floods in my first apartment moved to a "NEW" apartment last October and have had 3 floods since!!! Manager doesn't even come out to see the extent of damages. Maintenance just says "turn your electrical items on with a wooden spoon since you are stand in water up to your ankles"!!!!! Ridiculous how you pay your rent and are treated like a 3rd rate citizen!!! All maintenance does it put a bandaid on problems! My neigh... read more
The staff are fantastic in the rental office, make living in the area pleasant!!!
