I am beyond exhausted and terrified living at Hidenwood Apartments. Please, do not move here if you value your safety and peace of mind. Just yesterday, there were six police cars outside, gunshots, and people breaking into cars. I am genuinely scared and desperate to break my lease out of fear. I have reported these issues to management, specifically Jill, and her response was completely dismissive. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Roaches everywhere, hidden mold, and maintenance that lies on their resume—you name it, they got it. They don’t fix anything properly; they just glue things back together like it’s some kind of arts and crafts project. Best apartment crew ever. Extremely attentive maintenance crew. Leasing office is friendly and helpful. Jill and Tatiana are great. Apartments are spacious, quiet and well kept.
I've been living at Hidenwood apartments for 4 years and I would like to take the time to say that the management is amazing. Jill Super is so sweet and relatable. She actually acts like a human that has had human experiences and to me that I very important! Unlike most property managers. Hidenwood Apartments also has been a pretty comfortable place to live and I have always felt safe here. I'd definitely recommend both Hidenwood and Hiden Place apartments if you are looking for your next apartment home.
