I usually have to go twice a year for an adjustment. He doesn't require weekly or monthly visits like some chiro's do. He does it right the first time. My husband had a back problem and went once to see Dr. Hideman and he showed him some exercises and he hasn't had a problem in years.
The thing I like most about Ken Hideman is that he doesn't try to get me to come back again and again. In most cases one or two treatments should take care of most problems.
