We have used hide away for approximately 2 years. Every time I had a question they had an answer and were polite about it. Always willing to help. Clean and safe! Best in town!

Best experience ever! I've been a long time customer of Hideaway and I can tell you the new management team is incredible! Penny and her team have treated me like gold. They run the property like a well oiled machine and I really feel safe knowing my stored items are under their watchful eye 24/7. I've never had such good customer service from a storage facility before but it's refreshing. I had all my belongings here for about a year. Never had a problem. The service is great. 24/7 enterance was great with my schedule. I then rented another from them so I had 2. Great price great service.

Penny is amazing and is a very helpful and wonderful person and I feel very blessed to have met her. The facility is very clean and the gate code always works for me. There is cameras on site and she monitors the site from her home as well. I highly recommend anyone needing a storage unit to come here!
