Best experience ever! I've been a long time customer of Hideaway and I can tell you the new management team is incredible! Penny and her team have treated me like gold. They run the property like a well oiled machine and I really feel safe knowing my stored items are under their watchful eye 24/7. I've never had such good customer service from a storage facility before but it's refreshing. We have used hide away for approximately 2 years. Every time I had a question they had an answer and were polite about it. Always willing to help. Clean and safe! Best in town!

I had all my belongings here for about a year. Never had a problem. The service is great. 24/7 enterance was great with my schedule. I then rented another from them so I had 2. Great price great service.
