I had an active leak and water damage from April to June the NEXT YEAR. It looked horrible and nobody came to fix it or stop the leak. I’m talking brown ceilings, paint bubbles the size of balls holding water. Other than that I loved my apartment. It was a corner top floor. Be careful with moving to the top floor. They have a horrible roof and water leaks like crazy. Leaked from my leaving room all through out my bedroom. I bad brown ceilings and brown walls. I would love to give a review of this place, but I have remained unsuccessful in contacting anyone from this property for the past 3+ weeks. I have called and emailed to no avail, which seems to be a common trend with other reviews. Seeing as though others have been successful in receiving contact after leaving a review, I am resorting to this option. Would love to hear back from this apartment complex as it seems like such a perfect fit.
The property manager was very integral and consistent. I really appreciate that he didn’t dodge me like their other properties, from the moment I walked in those doors and all throughout the application process he made sure to remain professional and follow through on his word! With this economy we need more people like him. Also the property was very clean and peaceful I would definitely consider living here in the near future.
Does anyone know how I can get ahold of the office? I’ve called about 5 times today and other days and never get answered. Also emailed and never heard back,.
I visited to tour a 1-bedroom apartment, and the property manager, Janine, was very friendly and accommodating. She provided detailed answers to all my questions.
