Does anyone know how I can get ahold of the office? I’ve called about 5 times today and other days and never get answered. Also emailed and never heard back,.
I visited to tour a 1-bedroom apartment, and the property manager, Janine, was very friendly and accommodating. She provided detailed answers to all my questions.
I’ve been trying to get in contact with this property since 2019, and it’s now almost 2026 with zero progress. I’ve left multiple voicemails, submitted online requests, and called repeatedly over the years — not once has anyone reached back out. For a property that advertises availability and encourages prospective residents to apply, the lack of communication is honestly unacceptable. Janine is a wonderful addition to the property! The property has newer features that really stand out, and the residents are so nice. Highly reccomend!
The apartments are nice but Chris M has failed to do a good job overseeing the property, we went almost an entire month without anybody sitting in the office due to his lack of getting a temporary manager in here, in that time my rental renewal paperwork was lost and I got a very surprising and rude letter from him saying that I had 1 week to get my paperwork in or they would charge me extra money to renew, he also taken over an entire year getting the property new washers and dryers and now that we have them, he sent out a ... read more
