Management has not done anything to resolve a work order of a stolen AC unit that was submitted in February ... it’s been excuse after excuse. But they sure want their rent on time. The kids in the neighborhood have broken into a vacant unit and it’s window still hasn’t been repaired. The only positive is the size of the place for the price. Too bad they can’t hire more maintenance people to fix the issues within the units
