I'm a grad student and I heard good things about this place when I was looking for a 1/1. I signed a lease and when I moved into my unit, it was in pretty good shape but I eventually ran into some significant issues. However after bringing this up to the staff, they immediately addressed the issues and fixed them completely within a day. I’ve lived here for about a year and the neighborhood is great! I have to also mention Sarah the property manager and Danny on the maintenance team who are absolutely amazing and consistently go above and beyond for the community. I highly recommend living here :)
