The maintenance worker Nick is awesome at his job! Always getting the work order done in a timely manner and always with a positive attitude!
I have lived here for almost 4 years now. Had a few issues over time but the maintenance worker Nick always stops by to make sure the work gets done. I’ve mentioned issues in passing and he is there the next day to fix any issues, and always has a positive attitude! Great worker and a great person!

EDIT/UPDATE: I wanted to add that I’m also super grateful for Tays prompt assistance in getting our keys updated. Our keys went out and not even a day later Tay was there to get us set up with new ones. He arrived bright and early with a smile on his face, allowing for no interruption in our day to day routines.
