I had a tour with Anna this past week. I was shown two different models. We had an awesome experience with Anna! She is extremely detailed oriented, listened to what we were looking for and picked out the right floor plan to show us that she felt would work best for our family. And she was right! Recently people have been touching cars and ding dong ditching. This should not be happening and The Valley needs to start monitoring the neighborhood more often. Because if we have people doing bad stuff then I don't feel safe living here.
The building’s electronic fob system failed late at night, leaving me locked out of my own apartment with no physical key override available. I contacted emergency maintenance around 2am and was told they could not help and that I should call a locksmith, despite there being no physical lock a locksmith could access. Being stranded outside your residence in the middle of the night without any emergency access procedure is incredibly concerning. This used to be a great place to live. Management does not care about security issues, people stealing from cars and vandalism. The trash situation is ridiculous and maintenance is VERY SLOW. The place went completely down hill after they accepted section 8 people. Most of them do not care about taking care of the property. The pool has been closed more than it's been open, and no one polices the property after hours,so the pool is nothing but a bunch of unruly kids not being supervised by any adults.
