When the manager tells you which shower is the least gross, it's definitely a red flag. It's not really an RV Park, it's a trailer park that rents spaces to RV's. It may have once been a nice place but poor management of the property has made it pretty yuck.
We came all the way from Texas and stay at this location for a few weeks and we absolutely loved it.. The management is perfect, Laundry room and player area was also clean. Not too far from local coffee shops for coffee lovers like me.
It’s supposedly gated but our unit and multiple others have been broken into. They didn’t tell us that someone broke into our unit until 2 WEEKS after. This place is so sketchy!
