Really cute community with great street names. I was just there picking something up from someone, and was pleasantly surprised with how cute this area was!
Have a family member who lives here and not impressed. In the winter they do not keep proper upkeep of the roads. They allow trees that need to been moved to remain s hazard. Had a tree actually collapse on one of the trailers here not that long ago. The fees to live here on a property that you do not own is over $600 a month. Don’t actually know where that’s going because there doesn’t seem to be an official “Strata.” If they took better care of the park, maybe it would make sense to pay such atrocious fees.
