We’ve now lived here over three years. Our building is mostly quiet, screaming kids in the morning and somebody who smokes on our floor but we just keep to ourselves and ignore it. We know these are lower income apartments, however, they are starting to get expensive and every year we’ve renewed our 12-month lease it’s gone up $50 each time. I've been a resident at Hidden Valley Apartments for over a decade and I can confidently say it's one of the best places to live in Hastings. From the moment I moved in the entire experience has been fantastic. My unit is spacious, the layout is great, I get good light but not too much. Maintenance is always quick to respond and professional. Any issue I've had has been resolved well. It's a peaceful and well maintained environment that feels like home. I've lived here ten years. Managment is very kind and understanding. Buildings are kept up to date and the property is maintained. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. If you are a responsible and respectful tenant renting here will be a delightful experience.
