Beautiful space, cool neighbors alongside a more than helpful staff
My daughter and I went on a tour for her first apartment and i must say the staff was so polite and patient; Celine took her time to answer my questions and reassured me that i wasn’t leaving my baby in bad hands. They had refreshments in the office too A PLUS!
Quiet private community, nice size living space balcony and extra storage in basement is a plus . Application and approval process was simple . Maintenance response has been great , office staff great .
I am looking forward to making hidden valley my home My first impression and experience with Nira was inviting accommodating and very professional. After viewing about 5 apartment complexes I definitely find the interior and the spacious rooms inviting and definitely to my liking I am looking forward to making hidden valley my home. Nira Jackson was very helpful and friendly. She was very patient and informative. She is a very important asset to your organization. It has now been 7 months since I moved into the complex I am still liking it, the office maintenance staff are excellent. I however have two complaints The pool which is the only amenity took a while to open last year and closed earlier on some days than it should.
