Great experience with this apartment complex. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Management is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents, which really makes a difference.
Celine deserves 5 stars. I have been a resident of Hidden Valley since 2018 & have watched the property management change several times. Celine is the FIRST of many to really care for her tenants. She is about her business, professional, timely, great communication, pleasant, & understanding. She was the first property manager that reached out to me about my renewal to see how she can make my stay more comfortable. She pays attention to the small details & goes the extra mile to make Hidden Valley feel more like a community.
I had a great experience with the office team during my tour! Even when they were busy, they remained professional, welcoming, and attentive. Celine answered all my questions clearly and made sure my concerns were handled. It’s refreshing to see such strong customer service and organization. I truly appreciate their dedication!
Beautiful space, cool neighbors alongside a more than helpful staff
My daughter and I went on a tour for her first apartment and i must say the staff was so polite and patient; Celine took her time to answer my questions and reassured me that i wasn’t leaving my baby in bad hands. They had refreshments in the office too A PLUS!
