Hidden Valley Apartments aka Beacon Management is a terrible and money grabbing company. They took our $260.00 holding fee and denied us alease because they could not verified income. These cgreedy people are not interested in renting to good people but just after the money. I will filed a complaint with the BBB to get our money back and recommend that you should not apply to rent with them. They are unprofessional in their management practices. So, I will give them a zero star if there was one available.
Been a resident here for 3 years and overall I’ve been neutral about living here up until now. The biggest amenity they have (which is the pool) has been closed since the summer started and without explanation or reason. I’ve asked the front office several times what the issue is and all I got was “they’re working on it”. With it being the end of July and only a few more weeks of warm weather, I wonder if the pool will ever be opened or even if we get a answer as to why it hasn’t been opened to the residents all summer!!!
