Welcome to the almost projects of west Tupelo where the landlords will look for any possible way to charge u, u just think rent is gonna be this amount. Wait till they come up with bunk plumbing bills Oh and if u liked clean clothes I’d also look elsewhere. U don’t have a washer and dryer hook up but don’t worry, between 15 apartments u all get to share 1 washer from 1987 and 1 dryer with no heating element. One of the positives for apartment complex is that it is hidden. No through traffic. If has some of the same negatives as most other apartments: shared walls (possibly noisy neighbors-although i didn't have that problem there.) and limited parking spaces. I found them overall to be nice quiet apartments.
