Nicest place I have ever lived. Good location at a good price. The ground are immaculate. The staff is helpful, prompt and professional. Super clean with friendly neighbors and ample parking.
Went to visit a friend here over the weekend and I struggled to find parking and had to park near the very back, that was until I started looking at the cars after I noticed some didn't have current registration or even ANY registration! My friend told me there's even people with Florida plates that have been here for over a year without updating their registration! I've been living here since January 2025, the apts are great, and management is the best I've ever had in my life and I'm 55 years old, will be staying here a while, I've not seen 1 roach since I've moved in, and that is highly unusual for apt living.
