I have been living here at Hidden Timber Apartments for more than 12 years now. Mary and Shon are wonderful, combination of management team in this apartment. Mary and Shon - you are great people. Please keep it up. We are proud of you. Happy New Year!!
Do a very thorough check prior to move in. Photograph everything. Management will call you a liar for pointing out signs of previous bed bug infestation and will strong arm you into signing a statement indicating no infestation

The property is well-maintained in a friendly quiet neighborhood. The onsite manager is incredibly helpful, and the full-time maintenance person Shawn is responsive and efficient. There is an adjacent park with a tennis court and a small playground, which is convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a quiet and well-maintained place to live in Austin.
Updating review to add some more info. Pros: Really nice park next door with a locked entry gate into the complex. The elementary school that the apartment is zoned for is great. You can walk to the international food truck park around the corner. The food truck park has been growing and adding new restaurants, which has been an amazing and unexpected perk of this complex.
