I've only been here a month, but I can give a decent rundown of the place. If anything changes, I'll post updates. TL,DR - Inexpensive and well maintained community in a decent location. It is a bit dated and offers less amenities than newer places. However it has management that actually cares and has a stake in the community. AMAZING property and staff! Our team visited this property today and got to speak with Mary. She was so kind and helpful to our team. We had such a great time stopping by!
Getting really tired of all the problems with the laundry room. How many more months is this going to continue? The people who own this place should be embarrassed to collect rent. The property management company is useless. Apartment manager seems stuck in the middle to try to deal with some sorry company called Tumble who've abandoned their machines and won't fix them. The actual people who own this place need to step up and provide a working laundry room or greatly reduce the rent for this third-world living experience.
It’s been such a pleasure living here. Mary and the maintenance technician were so kind and helpful. Every time I needed something, they were always there and very responsive. Thank you so much for everything. I truly appreciate all the support and care during my time here.
