Each unit is individually owned from my understanding. I rented unit 212 from Abby Knapp for one year when I was in Lake Havasu on business and very thankful for the experience. Very clean furnished cozy unit. I'd definitely rent from her again.

It took over 2 hours to get through the door, it had a smart lock that wasn't plugged in on the other side. I was in contact with the owner of the condo I had rented and was told to download multiple apps. None of which worked to open the door, the key fob left for me didn't open the door and multiple codes didn't work either. By the time something finally worked I was literally on my hands and knees in front of the door just sobbing. I've stayed here 4 times because it just feels like a home away from home. Good people, clean rooms and no more than 5 minutes from anywhere you would like to go
