Chris in maintenance has been very helpful.
I have lived here for about 7 years with my daughter and I really enjoy it! I love the community here! The grounds are always kept very clean, it's usually nice and quiet at night time... The ladies in the office Elizabeth, Malarie and Tamara are always very helpful! Whenever I need something they're right on it, and able to work it out! Maintenance Always responds to a work order quickly! I have no want or need to move elsewhere, I love my apartment here!
I debated writing this review because there's a lot to say, but I hope sharing our experience helps someone else. We lived at Hidden Oaks from April 2025 to April 2026, and our experience was stressful from the beginning. We signed a lease during a promotion where the first full month was free. Since we moved in at the beginning of April, the free month was supposed to apply to May. Instead, we were charged full rent. I love Malarie she is amazing and helpful.
Very Bad Communication, and very bad management over all several issues that have happen and they take there sweet time to get it done. They don’t answer emails or phone called and is very unprofessional about everything. They don’t know how to run anything and I wouldn’t live there ever again. I would reconsider to live somewhere else, they apartment molds and doesn’t have the right airflow or anything and they don’t do anything about it, worst place to live!!
