I wanted to update this review. It is still a five, but it is a 5+! As I said before, Juan is an absolute gem as a maintenance guy and now we have a new supervisor named Chris and they were very quick to fix an issue that I have had that we were waiting on parts to be repaired. I know that this has a 3.5 review and I know that everybody’s experience is different but I have to tell you that in my experience it’s been very positive. The apartment complex is not entirely pleasant but I must admit that Juan the maintenance complex is a very nice person not only solves any problems you have in the repair apartment but also makes you feel comfortable expressing your doubts, maintenance ones come and go and some make repairs that do not last and you are again asking for repairs, I hope that Juan will stay with us for many years. I give Juan 5 stars to Juan maintenance.
Needs cameras Forsure around the buildings my car(s) have been messed with hit and broken into even my gas was siphoned at one point my work truck was drilled into and my nice car parked on the street someone hit and ran and couldn’t find out who bc lack of surveillance very upsetting but nothing I can do about it but the maintenance guy NEEDS A RAISE that’s for sure w maintenance man very kind helpful and professional will go above and beyond to help you he sure does his job very well !
