I’ve been on this property for 10 years and have never experienced such a disconnect from the management. There was recently a change in the management company and it feels negligent. Communication is poor and I’m not sure if the owner cares or knows but it’s obvious that a lot of the tenants who have lived here for years are also frustrated and feel undervalued. They switched management, it was great. But not so much now. The grass is high, and not cut, there has been someone shooting outside, it happened 2 times within this month. I can't get no one to answer the phone.
Love the apartments. Rent is great, maintenance is always fixes things with in 24 hrs, Everyone mind their own families, and Ms.Dymond is a gem! Love her! Was 5 stars. Ms.Dymond is gone. The property is going to down. Grass is not been cut, people hanging outside at all times of the night, work orders are not being done. It’s too much to deal with. Ms.Dymond needs to come back.
