A great place to be. Very quite and close to Belhaven University. The place is very affordable, clean and well-managed. The landlord is very involved in keeping the place running. I have enjoyed being a resident here. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. One tenant said she believed the place is the best complex in the West Jackson area and she plans to never leave. Looking at the other apartments, I tend to see why she said that. The older tenants seem to really like the place.
Gated apartment complex with nice landscaping. The place is off the main drag so it is pretty quite. Close to Jackson State and downtown. Cynthia is the manger and she is sweet. She works hard to run the place. I haven t had any issues yet, but seems like most things are pretty well taken care of around here. The other tenants seem to be happy, too.

Newly renovated and a great place to stay. On-site management and gated community. Close to downtown and Jackson State University.
Very secure and private. Enjoy the newly renovated unit and being so close to downtown Jackson.
