Worst place I have ever lived. They turned our water off without notice for three days in a row. There is no ventilation in the apartments and the only heating is an electric heated ceiling from the 1960s that pulls a crazy amount of power. The management was incredibly rude and dismissive, although I heard they got a new manager who is better. Charles is a PRO!!! Best maintenance experience I’ve ever had at an apartment before. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always prompt. I appreciate the maintenance team being so helpful and always explaining what they’re doing to fix an issue/what the underlying mechanical issue is.
Charles, our maintenance man, is super friendly and helpful. Even though it took some time, he was able to help us get a new fridge for our apartment!
Charles is always on top of his work and super efficient. He’s always friendly and checks on everything before leaving! When I see him in passing I always stop and chat with him, he’s hilarious and a really friendly guy
