Discover this place a few weeks ago while waiting for the Amtrak train in San Juan Capistrano station. Tried both the pour over and drip coffee during the last three visits, I am converted to pour over (worth the wait for all the steps to brew a great cup of coffee). So far, the only pastries we tried were scones (bacon & cheese as well as the cinnamon caramel), banana walnut bread, and the pumpkin cinnamon rolls. OMG..enough said. Great local spot to unwind and disconnect with some great coffee. The coffee is great and the staff is even better. Responsibly grown. Skip the Starbucks (or if yer into that place, stay there) ��
I took the Metrolink to San Juan Capistrano. After shopping & eating, we found this gem of a coffee house as we waited for the train to arrive. The greenery and shop on the property is very restful and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting under a tree drinking my cappuccino from a ceramic cup.
