RecommendedI don't have a lot of experience with HH but they've tuned up my John Deere zero turn and then flushed the fuel line to get it running perfectly. Just waiting to hear back from them now for dislodging 32 cement edgers along my teardrop garden island in the driveway when the Z-turn was returned this last time. I have no reason to believe they won't do right by me but we shall see.

Like all of the other reviews on here horrible customer service! The owner doesnt own up to his mistakes or give discounts! We dropped our lawn mower off on a Monday to pick up the following Monday.. my husband shows up and they aren't there. show up the following Monday..bring the lawn mower home and it doesnt work have to bring back and the owner charges more! wont be back this business is a joke just like the owner !
The guys at Hidden Hollow have been wonderful to my husband and I! Great customer service. Work has always been done in a timely manor. Problems with equipment have always been resolved! We would highly recommend them.
I used them for my snowblower and recommended them to everyone. I brought my tractor in thinking it was a carburetor but it ended up being a battery. When I picked it up the owner said he mowed with it for a half an hour with no issue. However, there was an issue my front tire was now flat (it wasn’t when in dropped it off). The owner filled it and said bring it back if it’s a slow leak I’ll fix it. I brought it back and he charged me $40 for a tube that he put a hole in. My mower ran for 15 minutes after they dropped it off. They came and picked it up again so they could, in his words "Figure it out and take care of it.". Well i never heard back from them, left numorous message, finally spole with them today and the electrical is shot. I asked him what do we do know, his response was "i can drop it off for a charge.". Tractor died due to lack of oil. Big shops said it was dead. This guy said let's bring it in and check it out. I had it back in 3 days running like a top, AND, at a fair reasonable price.
Have used them for tuneups, sharpenings and repairs for the last fifteen years...until now. My mower was returned today missing a part. I called and they said it must have been loose and blown off when they were bringing it back and that was it. No "I'm sorry" or "we can replace it" or offer for free pick up next time or partial refund. He did say "what do you want me to do?" I should have said, why don't you just come out and say that you don't want any more of my money ever again. Because that's what I heard.
