High bills, many pests that are making us sick, very dirty, no security, they take months to fix anything, very poor management.
Had a drunk guy in the stairwell who creeped my friend and her granddaughter out as they left my apartment. I contacted the office and they sent security over - I didn’t even know we had security - but they came in and escorted him out. - kudos to the security - thank you for working on NY eve!!
Hidden Hills apartments is a pretty good place to live. I like the residents who I live amongst. Nobody troubles me.
The repairman was very professional, cordial and understanding. Great job.
