My mom spent her last days at hidden harbors. I cannot tell you how thankful I am to the whole staff there. They treated us like family! They had so much respect and care for my mother who wasn't able to communicate as well at that time. I would definitely suggest them to anybody who was in need.
There's residents that belong there and there's residents that shouldn't be there.They are too far advanced and need supervision. Grabbing forks and parading into unlocked rooms while people are sleeping is NOT acceptable!!! The staff is not coordinated. The food is inadequate for seniors. Yvonne is excellent and the young man on the weekend days is great too but the rest fall short. They sit and do very little for their residents.
