First Condo to stay in while on vacation. It was so much like a house, you didn't really notice the difference. Ours was well maintained and everything worked well. The pool was very nice and cleaned and maintained daily. The beach area was also very nice. It could get a bit crowded at times, and many of the people could be annoying by laying out beach towels and cheap umbrellas right in front of you, after we had paid to have chairs and beach towels set up for us by the guys that work on the beach for the condos. The condo itself was AMAZING! However the rental company that manages the building, RealJoy Vacation Rentals is HORRIBLE. There was only one elevator operating the entire week for 20 floors. Twice during the week the second elevator went down leaving our family with two children in wheelchair stranded. Both times the lady in the rental office locked the doors and left offering no information or help. The second time it went down was Saturday morning at 9:00am when everyone is trying to leave! Good hotel rooms but one elevator has been down for 2 years and won't be repared.Other elevator breaks down every day. Termites in the rooms. Railing on balcony is broken and half missing.Rules on ac temp to not let it go past 70 degrees. If doors are open more than 1 minute the ac will turn off.Broken tvs only one Chanel. Nasty and slick floors. Don't bring children they will fall on slick floors.If you stay past your check out time it's and extra $200 for every minute you stay over.
