New management, and they are doing their best to address all the issues. Fixing old structural problems, addressing the pest issue and Wendy is easy to reach and talk to. Haven't had any issues since she took over and I'm glad to see the changes.
Some tenants In this building do not care about other people ! Drive loud cars!play loud music at midnight disregarding the fact of most people resting ! Talk loudly at the parking lot or at their balcony in the midnight and everybody can hear their party ! If you seek peaceful place and have enough funds, look for other place! The neighborhood is kinda sketchy like others say !

Avoid renting here! The building has a persistent cockroach infestation that they fail to disclose before you move in. We found a cockroach in our bathroom within the first four days of living here and saw over 30 of them in our unit during the month of July, even during the day. Despite our best efforts to keep them out by cleaning daily, storing food in airtight containers, and leaving no food or water out. the infestation is uncontrollable and will affect you too.
