We called to reserve a unit previous to moving from Oregon. When we arrived on site to unload the truck they had no record of our reservation. I proceeded to reserve the unit at that time, but the special they were offering at the time of our initial reservation was no longer available. I gave them my card, and they charged it, but I couldn't get access on my phone to e-sign the documents. I decided at that point to go somewhere else.
