I recently moved out of Hidden Creek and I must say that Heidi is one of the best apartment managers I have ever had to deal with. Hidden Creek was a great, well maintained property. Work orders were completed in a timely manner. Everyone in the office was always nice and welcoming. Honestly it was just a great place to be at. So if you are looking for a reason to live there, go for it!
This is definitely a 5 star community. Folks at leasing officeJD, Quinn and the property manager Heidi are amazing. There are always some bad apples in communitues but these guys make sure they clean up the mess before it becomes a problem. The maintenance staff is also great, their time to resolution is very quick and they are very accommodating with any requests. Recently I gave 5 stars before renewing my lease but now that I renewed I’m regretting it for so many reasons a lot of which I wouldn’t even address here. One things for certain I stay in my lane and cause no problem I NEVER COMPLAIN but when management lacks accountability I have to say something. Their biggest problem here is parking situation and EV chargers (you pay for parking but can never get parking on the floor where you live I lived on the 4th floor and had to often park on the rooftop and walk down to get to main ... read more
