I moved to Hidden Creek in 2013. My apartment; very spacious, the property; well maintained, maintenance & management; responsive to any and all needs/concerns (this is not to say that every issue is instantaneously solved, that's just not realistic, but effort is always there to do their best). The resident events further show the desire to build a sense of community among residents and make it a place people can call home.
Really? Kicking a disabled VETERAN's support animal out? Sounds like someone needs to learn a little respect and show some geatitude to those that serve and the animals that take care of them once they have FOUGHT FOR US!
I am DISGUSTED by the way you are treating one of our Veterans that is a resident of your homes. Trying to remove a companion dog simply because of the breed is awful!
How dare you threaten to evcit a veteran and his family due to your lack of knowledge on a mix breed. This said family even has legal documents showing that their dog is a service companion and you have the audicity to threaten to escort her off the property. We paid deposits for a Christmas Party and a pool party only to be told 24 hours before the Christmas party that it could no longer happen. The pool party we were told a week before. We booked this MONTHS in advance. Tenants are also favored...leaving others to be bullied.
