Awesome management with pool, dog park and awesome fun activities
Staff charged us fees that they said they wouldn't upon moving out. Staff was completely unreasonable and condescending when we pointed out that they went back on their word. Also, after spending several hours cleaning the apartment after move out to the point that it was better than how we had left it, they charged a ridiculous amount of cleaning fees anyway ($50 for touch up paint, for example!) Dog poop always in the grass and everywhere. Neighbors have no respect for you and are loud, and little kids who make it hard for you to even get to your apartment, play outside and are just loud. Management doesn't do anything about complaints. Had a problem with water seeping in under our carpet. Took management 6 days to do something about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
