Where to begin…First we moved in March 1st 2024, Val was still the manager. They DID NOT clean or fix ANYTHING from the previous residents. We have killed 15 mice & are STILL dealing with roaches. New company started beginning of summer 2024, Summer 2024 our A/C stopped working. Work orders up the a**, they worked on the A/C for 2 weeks, replaced our thermostat everything, it still DOESNT work. This company is so cheap they chose to tear down a playground that a bunch of kids play on just so they didn’t have to pay the property insurance. They are child haters. All they care about is profit. Do not rent from them
This place is a Big Joke when it is in regards to maintenance work orders. A Work order for Ceiling leaking in Living room, Bathroom, hallway and Bedroomwere First reported on June 16th 2024. Bedroom was Horrible with Black Mold Inside ceiling from several large Leaks. No Repairs in June 2024, No Repair July 2024 and no repairs August 2024. Shame on maintenance men and property management for not doing anything.Such Nasty conditions for my grandkids.
