Where to begin…First we moved in March 1st 2024, Val was still the manager. They DID NOT clean or fix ANYTHING from the previous residents. We have killed 15 mice & are STILL dealing with roaches. New company started beginning of summer 2024, Summer 2024 our A/C stopped working. Work orders up the a**, they worked on the A/C for 2 weeks, replaced our thermostat everything, it still DOESNT work. You'd think, with all these negative reviews, they'd fix this place up. I mean the people are literally telling you the problems repetativly and you don't acknowledge any of them. You guys must be either greedy or entitled to think residents owe you a dime for the very little that you don't even do. Why don't you do some self reflection and imagine if you came home to zero A/C, mice running everywhere, roaches under the fridge that run everywhere at night, cold water, leaks in the windows, out dated utilities, and bed bugs a... read more
i wish i could give zero starts. do NOT move here. Kouri management chooses to paint, put new carpet, and new lights in the hallways of my building while the me and my neighbors have been dealing with roaches for MONTHS, mice, black mold, leaking windows, leaking sliding door, our heater broke last winter and they came to “fix” it but the apartment can BARELY reach 70 degrees. They put notes on doors saying pest control would be coming and they NEVER showed. this company cares more about what people see on the outside more t... read more
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Worst place to live. Lived here for 2 and a half years. Val was awesome then kouri management took over and they suck! Don't want to fix anything. They allowed us to live with black mold in the window for 5 months! While that window and one other could be pushed outwards! Dishwasher broke in February and when we moved they STILL NEVER FIXED IT! they do not take care of anything. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!
