Taxidermist Have had work done by Hicks and had to have it repainted (bass) because it was just not my style(was a largemouth and had huge thick black stripes painted on it!). Saw lots of his mounts by friends and aquaintances and just encounters in other's homes. Hicks is favored by a lot of hunters and fishermen, but, I truly see his work as "lifeless".
