Went to go for a tour, wanted us to sign an application without even seeing the building or even knowing what the address of the unit was. Super unpleasant and rude and got standoffish when we asked about the floor plan. The only internet offered is Chickasaw here so can't even get a reliable and fast speed internet service. Overall, would not rent here just because of Leon.
Unpleasant man stuck in his ways. Do not rent here unless you want to live under a landlord who thinks of themselves far too highly. He kicked us out of his office for not preemptively signing a lease application before we were shown the property. Very rude and unprofessional.
Leon Hicks is horribly unpleasant. Very rude and egocentric. Would not recommend dealing with this guy if you don’t have to.
Don't rent from them. You'll regret it in the end. I'll be adding more to this review soon.
