Hicks installed a new natural gas 50 gallon hot water heater for us. They were so nice to install shut off valves for us, since the old one was from 1999. I will be calling them for the other plumbing that we need to get done. Very professional and didn't use shark bites.
Had appointment for first call from 8am and after calling and reminding office I couldn’t wait as I have work commitments I was told servicemen would call. It’s after 12 and no one has called or showed up. My entire morning was wasted. I would not recommend a company so dishonest!!!
they are always on time they fix it the 1st time i have used them at home and the office for years they are so friendly when you call the office
